Welcome to the website of Pikslipada OÜ (registry code 17540574, VAT no. EE103001498), a private limited company registered in Estonia with its registered address at Pepleri tn 34, Tartu linn, Tartu maakond, 51003, Estonia ("Pikslipada", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website (the "Site") and the services described on it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

Pikslipada OÜ is a graphic design studio offering logo design, pixel art, illustration and brand identity services (EMTAK code 74121 – Graphic design). Company details can be verified in the Estonian e-Business Register at ariregister.rik.ee.

2. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the Site.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Pikslipada OÜ and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and pixel art examples. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and/or print pages from the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to restrictions set in these Terms.

You must not:

  • Republish material from this Site without prior written consent;
  • Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site;
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from the Site for commercial purposes;
  • Redistribute content from Pikslipada, unless the content is specifically made for redistribution.

4. Portfolio & Sample Work

The portfolio examples shown on the Site are illustrative samples representing our design style and are intended to showcase our capabilities. Any resemblance to existing commercial brands is coincidental unless expressly stated as a completed client project.

5. Services & Quotes

Pricing shown on the Site (e.g. logo design, brand identity, pixel art packages) is indicative starting pricing, exclusive of VAT, and subject to change based on project scope. A final quote will be provided in writing before any paid engagement begins. Submitting the contact form does not create a binding contract between you and Pikslipada OÜ; a separate agreement will be entered into for any commissioned work.

6. No Warranties

This Site is provided "as is," with all faults, and Pikslipada OÜ makes no representations or warranties of any kind related to this Site or the materials contained on it. Nothing on this Site constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pikslipada OÜ, nor any of its officers, be held liable for anything arising out of or in any way connected with your use of this Site, whether such liability is under contract, tort or otherwise.
